Returns & Refunds

We want every AVRIDEN order to arrive as described and in good condition. This policy applies to purchases made directly from avridenoutdoor.com and does not affect your statutory rights.

Changing your mind

For most goods purchased online, you may tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return them. Certain goods may be excluded by law, including personalised or made-to-order goods and sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Email hello@avridenoutdoor.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide the correct return address and instructions. Do not send goods to our registered office unless we expressly instruct you to do so.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise not as described, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning it. Goods should be returned complete, securely packaged and with accessories and instructions. You may handle goods only as you reasonably would in a shop; we may reduce a refund where handling has diminished their value.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and clear photographs. Keep the item and all packaging while we investigate. Where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your legal rights, which may include repair, replacement or refund, and we will cover reasonable return costs where required.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. We will process a cancellation refund within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier, subject to applicable law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.

Cancellations before dispatch

Contact us promptly. If an order has not entered fulfilment, we will attempt to cancel it. If it has already been dispatched, the returns process above will apply.
