Shipping Policy

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Delivery charges

Standard UK delivery costs £4.99. Standard delivery is free when the order value is £50 or more. The applicable charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery time

Our standard estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days. Business days exclude weekends and UK public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, but we will contact you if we become aware of a material delay.

Some large, bulky or supplier-direct products may have a longer product-specific lead time. Where applicable, this will be disclosed on the relevant product page or before fulfilment is accepted.

Processing and dispatch

Orders may be fulfilled by an approved supplier or specialist delivery partner. You will receive dispatch information when it becomes available.

Large and bulky items

Furniture, shelters, storage and other bulky goods may be delivered by a specialist carrier. Some services may require a delivery appointment, suitable vehicle access or assistance at the delivery point. Any known restrictions or additional charges will be disclosed before purchase.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, it will be included in your dispatch email. You can also use our Track Your Order page or contact hello@avridenoutdoor.com.

Delivery address and access

Please check your delivery address and access measurements before placing an order. Contact us promptly if an address needs correcting; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment begins.

Missing, delayed or damaged deliveries

If tracking shows a delivery that you have not received, or an item arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number. Retain all packaging and take clear photographs of any damage and the delivery label.

We do not currently offer international delivery.
