AVRIDEN Outdoor is a trading name of Roadpup Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 16884558. Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
These terms apply to use of avridenoutdoor.com and purchases made from us. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited under UK consumer law.
About our store
Our website is operated by Roadpup Ltd, trading as AVRIDEN Outdoor. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract to place an order.
Product information
We take reasonable care to present products accurately. Colours can vary between screens and natural materials may vary. Please check dimensions, specifications, access requirements and compatibility before ordering.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown before payment. We may correct obvious pricing or description errors before accepting an order. Payment must be authorised using a payment method offered at checkout.
Orders and contract formation
Your order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, payment is not authorised, delivery is unavailable, or there is an obvious error; any payment taken will be refunded.
Delivery
Delivery availability, costs and estimates are shown before payment and are governed by our Shipping Policy. You are responsible for supplying an accurate address and checking access for bulky items.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Returns & Refunds policy. That policy forms part of these terms.
Faulty goods
Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Contact us if you believe an item is faulty. Your statutory remedies are not affected by any manufacturer warranty.
Website use and intellectual property
Store content is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or reproduce protected content without permission. Third-party trade marks remain the property of their owners.
Liability
We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or breach of statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you retain the protection of mandatory laws and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you.
