Track your order

When your order is dispatched, we will email you a confirmation containing the tracking information supplied by the carrier.

Using your tracking link

Open your dispatch email and select the tracking link to view the latest carrier update. Tracking may take up to 24 hours after dispatch to show its first scan.

Need help?

If you have not received a dispatch email, the tracking has not updated for an extended period, or the carrier reports delivery that you have not received, email hello@avridenoutdoor.com.

Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout. We aim to respond within two working days.
